安裝ubuntu 到 sd 卡,input output error during write on dev sda

依照官網的文件Install Ubuntu on RoBoard RB-100&RB-110 (VirtualBox)
安裝，到開始安裝時發生錯誤，如附圖，就停止了。
請問有大大知道怎麼了嗎?

環境 : Virtual Box 3.2.6
         Ubuntu-9.04-desktop-i386
         SD 卡 8GB Transcend
